These terms and conditions govern participation in the competition by @aniforte_de, which is held on Instagram. By participating in this competition run by The Nutriment Company Germany TNCG IV GmbH, participants accept the following provisions.
Any person who is at least 18 years old and permanently resides in Germany is eligible to participate. Excluded are employees of The Nutriment Company Germany TNCG IV GmbH and all persons involved in the competition, especially those involved in the conception and implementation of the competition. Commercial companies participating on behalf of third parties are excluded from participation.
Participation in the competition is via the @aniforte_de Instagram page and the @living.with.ria Instagram page. The competition starts on 12/03/2026 with the publication of the Instagram post and ends on 18/03/2026 at 11:59 PM. The start of the promotion will be announced in the form of an Instagram post by @aniforte_de and @living.with.ria.
To participate, the following steps must be completed:
The user must follow @aniforte_de and @living.with.ria, like the competition post and leave a comment under the competition post. The comment should state which of the 3 prize packages they would like to win.
Only comments posted during the participation period and meeting the terms and conditions of participation are valid. If the number of valid comments is greater than the number of prizes advertised, a draw will decide.
For an extra chance to win, the post can be shared in your own Instagram story and the accounts @aniforte_de and @living.with.ria can be tagged. This is voluntary and not a prerequisite for participation.
To participate in this competition, the person must have an Instagram account and be logged in. Multiple entries, e.g. through repeated comments, do not increase the chance of winning.
A winner can only receive one prize.
Three prize packages will be awarded via Instagram among all valid entries.
The contents of the packages are:
Prize 1 – Joint Package: 1x 300g Joint Snack, 1x 250g Green-Lipped Mussel Powder, 1x 500ml Salmon Oil
Prize 2 – Coat & Skin Package: 1x 300g Coat & Skin Snack, 1x 200ml Coat Harmony Shampoo Coconut, 1x 200ml Coat Harmony Conditioning Spray Coconut, 1x 500ml Salmon Oil

Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged.
Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message by @aniforte_de or @living.with.ria by March 25, 2026, 11:59 PM at the latest. If the winner agrees, their Instagram account may also be mentioned and linked in the stories of @aniforte_de and @living.with.ria. Winners will be asked to respond within 3 days via direct message to @aniforte_de, providing their full name, email, and postal address. The Nutriment Company Germany TNCG IV GmbH reserves the right to request proof of age.
If the winner does not respond via Instagram Direct Message within 3 calendar days, the prize claim will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
Communication between AniForte and the winners will take place via Instagram Direct Message.
The prize will be sent via postal mail by AniForte. The prize will be shipped within 5 business days to the address provided by the winner. No costs will be incurred by the participants for sending the prizes. The claim to the prize is forfeited if the delivery of the prize fails for reasons beyond its control (e.g., lost package via the shipping service provider).
The Nutriment Company Germany TNCG IV GmbH accepts no liability for technical problems occurring during the posting for prize draw participation or when submitting the shipping address on Instagram. Participation via prize draw agents will lead to disqualification. The use of any kind of automated processes to manipulate this prize draw is prohibited and will automatically lead to disqualification. The Nutriment Company Germany TNCG IV GmbH accepts no responsibility for late or incomplete entries.
The decision of the judges is final. The sweepstake is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Data collected during the draw will only be collected, processed, and stored for the purpose of carrying out the sweepstake. The Nutriment Company Germany TNCG IV GmbH reserves the right to cancel or
modify the sweepstake if the continued execution of the sweepstake cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons. In this case, any claims for reimbursement of expenses incurred and claims for damages are excluded. Changes to the process, program, and event date of the sweepstake are reserved. All information is provided without guarantee. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the sweepstake should be directed to The Nutriment Company Germany TNCG IV GmbH.
Protecting your personal data is very important to us. The Nutriment Company Germany TNCG IV GmbH is responsible for processing the personal data you provide in connection with the competition. Your personal data will be stored by us for the duration of the competition for the purpose of the prize draw and the dispatch of the prize. Any personal data collected in connection with this competition will be deleted by us no later than four weeks after the competition has ended.
As a participant in the competition, you have the right to information, deletion or rectification in accordance with legal regulations, in particular the GDPR. Furthermore, you can revoke your online consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future, which may, however, lead to exclusion from participation in the competition.

If the sweepstake is offered by the organizer via a third-party platform such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, the following applies:
a) In addition to these terms and conditions, the relationship between the organizer, the participant, and the respective third-party platform is governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the respective platform operator.
b) Participants cannot assert claims against the aforementioned social platforms on which the sweepstake may take place, which are related to the use of the sweepstake application or participation in the sweepstake.
c) Participants acknowledge that both the sweepstake application and the sweepstake are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by the respective aforementioned third-party platform, nor are they in any way connected to the respective aforementioned third-party platform.
d) All information and data communicated by participants through the use of the sweepstake application or during the sweepstake, or collected from them, will only be used for the purposes of the sweepstake and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless the participant gives their consent.
e) All inquiries and notifications regarding the sweepstake should be directed to the organizer and not to the respective aforementioned third-party platform.
